Due to the fact my first version of Black Xp from last year is being posted with no credits given to me and also repacked, I'm releasing the next version which blows the original out of the water.
I've made 28 revisions to this release and spent 20 hours configuring the superior theme that is more advanced than Vista Aero Glass. I've included indepth screens to show the power of this shell.
